In case you didn’t know, today is National Pina Colada Day. I didn’t know this, but everyone just received an official center-wide email to let us know. I guess every government installation is different. Some let you know about security changes, some tell you about changes in management, and other alert you to days devoted to specific alcoholic drinks. Why not?
